Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund back to your credit card (less a $10.00 administration charge). We are unable to offer a refund on the day of dispatch as the flowers and gifts will already be on the way. (This applies to all orders, placed via the Web Site)

Deliveries

In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we investigate your order.

If in advent you have given us a wrong address we are more than willing to redeliver your order with a additional $10.00 delivery charge.

If the recipient is not at the deliver address you have given, our expert couriers will do the best to leave the flowers in a safe location.

If however we are unable to find a safe location our drivers will bring your flowers back , and we will contact the sender to arrange a new deliver time and date, in this situation we will charge an additional $10.00 delivery and admin fee.
